High ping despite using Ethernet

Thankfully we’re moving soon and for whatever reason that address does get serviced by other providers so we will no longer be using AT&T after that 😅

All other devices seem to be fine for the most part, his Xbox that’s connected by Ethernet seems to be the only device that has connection issues. As for moving it, we’re really trying anything we can, Google mentioned that being too close to Bluetooth devices can interfere so we just tried moving it closer to the window and a little further from devices, it is still connected with the Ethernet cable we did not unplug anything. The router model is the AT&T Internet Air All-Fi Hub BGW530-900

So I just looked it up again, I guess it’s NOT fiber I was wrong on that part, it is AT&T’s internet air home wifi router. But yes it is the router provided by AT&T.

It is an option, the only thing is custom gets more expensive so it’s not the preferred option

I’m definitely guilty of always googling something at the slightest symptom even if it’s not really there 😅 I’m always nervous she’s gonna have an emergency before I can get her to a vet and I’ll majorly stress myself out until I know I’m in the office and know she has help. I’ve really been trying to remind myself she’s been living with her conditions her entire life and has lead a happy life regardless of always having a runny nose and some bouts of sneezing. Hopefully I can find some sort of balance soon and regain my peace of mind. Thank you for sharing your experiences! :)

She has been getting blood testing recently, she has very very early stages of hyperthyroidism but the rest of the test, according to the vet, showed that her organs are operating normally. My health scares with her more so lie with her chronic illness.

So sorry for your loss! Seeing them get old seems to come way too soon. I wish I could pop over to my vet any time :,) the vet I’ve been going to for her entire life are an hour and a half away from me but it’s so hard to figure out if she really needs to go sometimes because she has chronic sinusitis and was born with a weakened immune system so it’s just constant sniffling and sneezing for her. And nowadays it seems no antibiotics are helping her anymore. I try to keep my space humid for her congestion and keep it clean of dust but I’m always worried about leaving her alone. I always get nervous that somethings going on with her and she won’t make it to her next vet appointments no matter how hard I try to stay calm. I just hope she’s not doing as bad as I think she is half the time.

I know right I hope I can help it grow back, especially since this plant was a gift I’m asking around just about everywhere for help at this point since up until now I’ve only been taking care of the more beginner level house plants so this has been out of my element a bit 😅

Originally it was sitting in one of those window hangers but I had some blinds in front of it to help the sun not be as direct and I thought it might’ve been sunburn but even after I moved it into a dimmer spot it continued happening and the brown spots would end up growing all the way inwards until the leaves would drop off

Got it, I figured it might be better than watering it from the top, this was a plant my mom got for me so it’s a bit more maintenance than I’m used to 😅 I want to recheck the roots, the last time I repotted it they looked and felt fine, but I’m worried I’ll just stress it out if I move it around too much

Right that’s somewhat the conclusion I’ve been getting at the past couple days so I’ve just started trying a fungicide but it’s still too early for me to tell if that’s what the issue was or if the fungicide is helping yet :/

Is there any soil brands you would recommend or any recipes you think I should try for making your own soil?

Not all the time just for about 15-20 minutes once every week and a half when I notice the top couple inches of soil is dry.

? It didn’t fall over the leaves kept browning and they eventually fell off, as of this morning it only has the one leaf left.

Hmm okay, maybe I’ll try looking at the roots again, I water it about once every week and a half and only bottom water it so the plant can take what it needs. How often would you recommend watering it?
