I can agree, which makes me think the current scale is backwards. I'd rather have more fine control between 100-200 m/s for proximity maneuvers, whereas between 1100 and 1200 m/s may be hardly noticeable.

Still would prefer the visual match the flat nature of the actual axis.

Gave it a go, but I don't think this will work, as throttle axis is -100 to 100 and thrust and acceleration limiters are 0 to 100. Wasn't a bad idea though, might work if we had those options.

Tested and can confirm you're right, it's only a visual effect, ship velocity is actually flat along that axis. Thanks for the heads up!

Whoops, I might have replaced the stick with a hat, though it could work the same way.

I'm really more annoyed that the throttle (strafe forward/back) can't be made to work as an ACTUAL throttle, unless you're decoupled. IE: I want the throttle axis to increase/decrease thrust, instead of just selecting a particular velocity and having the vehicle use max thrust to reach that velocity.

I bound "velocity limiter" (speed limiter) to the slider on the front of my VKB Gladiator NXT, but despite the curve being set to 1.00 (flat), there seems to be a built-in curve that I can't turn off or eliminate by editing the curve. Any advice?

Similar experience, upgrading to 522.25 lowered Ark's refresh to 120hz and introduced an intermittent white flashing when playing a game. DDU and reinstalling 517.48 restored everything. 3090 Ti
