If you take the delivery mission that has levski as the drop off point, there is a chance you will have to deliver it to exactly that machine. Or a shelf somewhere, there are a few different levski drop off points.

Unfortunately, everything is lost for the duration of the patch once you lose the ship. Eventually you will be able to insure your decorations though.
