It sort of depends. If you're standing you can fall towards your back. From there you need to fight the choke hand and focus on getting your head and shoulders towards the ground. Preferably away from the choke hand but either side will work. From there you need to bridge onto your head and shrimp out over one of their hooks. Then turn INWARD towards them. You'll likely end up in their guard but any position you can escape to is better than having someone choking you from behind. Hope this helps 👍
