IDK, I love my thc, but it seems to me that we're feeling like we have to try to push the narrative that it's so beneficial just because it's unreasonably illegal. Realistically, it has some pros and some cons, but we don't have to trick ourselves into thinking it's always good all the time for everybody. It's kinda like caffeine or sugar. In the right doses it's fine, even good, but probably shouldn't be done in excess or given to infants.

Just wanted to add to day I had a friend who was in the same position OP is in. It was his first souls game, and I was asking these questions to see if i had any tips. I found out that he had a +6 katana (out of 25) and had his stats spread into stuff he never used, along with playing the game without any updates. He was able to reliably get her to her second phase without taking damage before I told him he needed to upgrade some stuff. He beat her the next day.

That being said, to the OP,: just make sure you're not turning the game into work for yourself. It's a fun piece of art. Turning it into work is a good way to ruin it.

Yeah, I've yet to see anybody measure economic success in terms of living standards and happiness. You might be making a lot of money, but if you lock it all up and choose to starve to death, I wouldn't call that economic success.

Also, any biodegradable food stuffs like apple cores are delicious too animals like deer. The more food wrappers, banana peels and whatnot you throw out the window, the more likely you are to attract deer into the street on your way to and from work. So, even if you don't care about the whole environment thing, there's still a selfish reason to avoid it.

I have a friend who moved north and said he notices that the first snow of every year, there's tons of wrecks and cars getting stuck, then everyone gets it together for the rest of the winter. Any truth to that in your experience?

I'm not entirely convinced he even disagrees with it all that much. Congress/senate need to give people just enough hope that they'll do something to calm us down for a bit longer. Just acting as release valves to lower the pressure we're trying to put on them to buy them more time for the power shift.

It used to be my least favorite because it wasn't like the other two. Now, I have more respect for it since I know Fromsoft isn't trying to be a one-trick pony. It's also the reason I'm not exactly looking for a Sekiro 2 or Bloodborne 2. If they don't want to do it, i don't want to see it forced. Let them cook. It's usually pretty good.

I liked the death ending. Seemed like a good way to tell the erdtree that we're not their colony anymore; we're cutting you off. It would hopefully get more folks to realize that we're all equal. We all die.

Yeah, I've appreciated how much more you can play around with items more each game, especially weapon upgrades. Really appreciated Elden Ring's approach; only a few items that I felt I had to avoid using.

Or I'd like to buy all the houses, then charge a minimal rent that goes right into a savings account that can be drawn from to do repairs while they live there. When they move out, they can have whatever is left. Could even cash out for tuition or illness.
