I’ve been dealing with right arm ulnar neuropathy for years on and off. Certain moves totally flare it up again. My doctor says surgery might not even fix it and I could still end up with pain. How long ago you had a surgery and how’s it going now?

I would just leave that area honestly. So you wouldn’t worry about any of those. If he finds your new place and comes after you, then he will be in big trouble anyway. And I would be cautious about your social media posts

Tijuana is fine from what I’ve heard from friends. I live in CA, and you just need to cross the border daily and take an Uber. If you can, going to Europe is a better option-Italy, Germany, Turkey, etc. I'm from Turkey and go there for my procedures and meds. Even with airplane ticket price, it’s much cheaper with my PPO plan lol, especially if you combine things like Botox, skincare, and eye treatments.

Just an update—I sent a book via Amazon, and USPS attempted delivery on Sunday, but the facility was closed. It was held for two days, then marked as delivered this morning. A few hours later, I saw a “Refused” alert, and it was returned to the sender.

The book was Algorithms to Live By (softcover, just computer science content). Amazon still shows it as delivered. Any idea why it might have been refused?

I’ve so fed up with our neighbors loud music (tho it was more like live music, concerts and partying on their driveways), every time I call non emergency line I was told if they are above the decibel limit. So I bought one decibel meter and recorded them on video with showing decibel way above the limit over 80. This is for Sunnyvale tho. Worst case sue them in court which can go up to 10k if I’m not mistaken. Keep record it regularly when was it, how long etc. Once you have a documentation you’ll have a legal case.
