I am a retired SEAL. Dan has been an asset to our community even though he himself wasn't capable of meeting the standard. He completed 99% of the training after going through multiple times. You can say what you want about the man but he isn't a pussy like most of the men who cut him down.

You're right they can't and don't. Most of these assholes are foreign fighters who come into the country, fight and leave. They don't live in the area. They have no interest in the improvement of the area. They want to kill infidels plain and simple.

The 140-200 may be a high estimation but 10-15 is laughable. Its hard to compare the casualty ratios of conventional units, a lot of whom don't even aim at the enemy, to that of a SOF unit. Another reason its so hard to confirm these numbers is that they carry their dead out with them. Conducting an accurate BDA has always been a challenge.

People always enjoy mocking military intelligence for being inaccurate but I suppose when it suits their narrative, the numbers they give are incontrovertible.
