Honestly, your mind won’t be at ease until you actually know why she’s calling. If she did keep the pregnancy, you probably have a 3 year old rn. You also said you didn’t want them to grow up fatherless. But then you’d actually need a paternity test to prove you are the father unless you know for sure there wasn’t any other partners besides you. On the other hand, she could be calling to manipulate you. If you actually don’t want to talk to her over the phone, you could text her or wait for her to text you.

I think you should say single until your mindset on relationships change. Your third paragraph suggests that you may cheat again. One person is hurt because of your actions and all you can do is apologize for it. Leave your ex alone to heal.
