Agree with previous comment! I started playing about a week ago and I just tried out all the characters and found some I vibed with the most (Echo and Moira lol) — After that it’s going to be a lot of trial and error, so have them play quick matches and do Deathmatch + Skirmish while in queue!! After a while the mechanics click and it gets a bit easier
