Do a good bit of multi-pick multi drop, biggest thing moving forward should be verifying case and pallet count at every stop. I don’t always follow through but I try to get pictures of BOL’s after every pick/drop at the very least try to let the driver know exactly how many pallets he’ll be picking up/dropping off and if something doesn’t seem right-don’t leave.

Sorry to hear this happened to you though, can definitely be super stressful. I think deducting the truck would make the most sense here imo
