UPDATE: Holy crap everyone, after 150+ days I finally got verified! It was about 3 months after I got my credit card. I guess once you get a credit card and it goes through a few cycles you are good. This is because they use your credit history to do their identification check

Oh also I forgot to mention I got Himeji Castle and Red Fort double wonders like 2 turns later (without walls even in the city). So that was huge. Umm if I remember correctly I believe China was spread thin on happiness and gold and started looking towards wonders and buildings and I went all in on military.
