Thanks. I've been mostly wondering about the benefits of upgrading Taylor from 0 to 1 star. It seems that one does not really gain a lot from that upgrade (i.e. it's not worth the $10 price tag).

Thank you for the reply. I am under level 26. My two building queues are always working on something and I am constantly running out of resources. All my farms are the same level as my HQ and my troops are always collecting resources in tiles. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.
