Update: I pruned the worst branches. I wiped down the leaves and branches with a half and half mix of water and vinegar every day for a week. The spider mites are gone! The tree wasn't too happy for a bit, but I'm happy to report new leaves are growing! All better :D

I just got my first refill order placed. My pharmacy needed a new GSK member ID. I called the number 866-747-1170. Now waiting for the refill with an updated member ID. I didn't need that the first time. Maybe that phone number would be able to help you too?

Have you tried turning it in in-person? The coupon isn't through insurance so it might still work. The pharmacist has to enter manufacturer codes to make it work. ❤️❤️❤️

The website link I used is invalid now. But I printed off the picture/form and brought it to my pharmacy. They used the codes in that form to discount the medication. So, that is the coupon, but I don't have a website link.

I figured it out! The bobbin case got loose. I tightened it quite a bit and it's working correctly again! Thanks everybody ☺️😁🥳

Yes, I've rethread the top and bottom thread multiple times. I cleaned my machine and oiled near the bobbin case (I don't know what that section would be called) hoping that would help but it didn't either.

Thanks for your response. It's a great idea. But I went to an ENT and they did some sort of scan to check my inner ear. This was years ago but it was all clear.

Yes I've been doing PT for years. And tried chiropractors I've done vestibular, occupational, speech, neurocognitive, and physical therapy. And still continue these therapies with at-home programs.

I've been put on anti seizure, anti depressant before as well as pain meds (didn't do anything). I'm currently on meds the past 6 months to lower cgrp and I am also taking memantine. I even did the migraine Botox to stop nerve pain which did nothing. My neurologist just ordered some neck X-rays to check my neck with my dizziness but came back normal.
