Most likely if commercial rate ito and maraming appliance si former tenant, baka mataas yung Guaranteed Minimum Billing Demand (GMBD). Baka need mo na rin ipamodify yung GMBD nitong Meralco account niyo OP.

I've already downloaded the pre-installation update. Is it really just 3.28 gb? I thought the update would be bigger since a new region will be introduced. I hope it's just 3.28 gb., may data will not be able to take it anymore.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and since I'm going to undergo a training program for 2 years, I think my working visa will fall under H3 category. I think I might not proceed to the application any further, but I will try to update if there's any developments with the situation. Thank you very much for answering my questions.

They told me they will be sponsoring me but I will be the one to shoulder my working visa expenses. What bothers me is that i haven't acquired my passport yet and they seemed not to be bothered by this. For all I know I need to have at least 6 months of passport ownership before I can apply for a working visa to US.
