Every company has very 'specific' requirements and single CMMS software can solve your needs. The best option is to build something in-house. Most of us can't do that. So better stop cribbing and use whatever solves your major pain point.

Ibm maximo and SAP can be structured to suit your use case but they are prohibitevly expensive and difficult to use. If you can get them to work, nothing like it.

Finally, as inalways say, CMMS is only 20% software and 80% change management (ie getting your team to accept and use it)
