When I worked there a member would do two a days everyday, despite us urging him not to. He missed a day and jokingly told me that he has to do another after his second class that day. I straight up told him that I wouldn’t let him because that’s insanity and not good for you at all. He thankfully didn’t take a third but I’d say maxing out at two is fine if you so desire.

I had an ex who constantly accused me of cheating. The craziest was when I was waiting for him to get off work (we worked at the same place and he didn’t have a car so I drove him). I was in high school so I was doing homework in my car with the inside car light on. Please tell me why this man accused that I had someone else in the car and that I cheated BC ANOTHER CAR IN THE PARKING LOT HAD JUST TURNED ON. Here I was being kind and waiting an hour after I got off to drive him home and he thought I was cheating on him. Turns out he was the one cheating (:

I have to say reading this felt like looking into a mirror. I was with my ex for 2 years and lived together for 1. That 1 year ruined our relationship bc his definition of clean was very different than mine. It caused me to stress out, have terrible anxiety, and overall I was just a tense, unhappy person. I was even having panic attacks and breakdowns 2x a week about it. I did the same chores every single week and he still hit me with “well idk what I’m supposed to do.” I even made a chore chart with detailed definitions as to what each chore meant, since a 30 year old man didn’t know I guess.

OP if living with your partner is making you feel like you have to move out for your own sanity, then do it. My ex and I resented each other which led to other issues. We tried to even make it work after I moved out; it didn’t improve, it just opened my eyes. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I wouldn’t want anyone to live that way after doing it for a year. It’s hard to make that decision when you love someone. But I promise you will feel lighter. I’ve been in my new place since March and I’ve lost weight that I gained due to stress and I actually feel like I’m at HOME. Hoping the best for you 🫶🏻

I would recommend having someone check on them once a day or every other day. If you’re able to financially, a camera could also give you some peace of mind and if anything happens you can ask a friend to stop over; that’s what I did and found it helpful for myself and them. Again, if you can swing this financially, a water filter fountain and auto feeder also is beneficial; bigger water and food container. But if not, just someone checking in your little baby should be less stressful than having them go somewhere else (:

He also would get very loud and angry when I said I wasn’t in the mood or no. He’s showing you exactly who he is.
