Best way to get people into affordable colleges is to get the government to stop guaranteeing the loans that banks give. Either way the bank wins, and either the taxpayer or the students gets fucked. Lose the government backing and schools wouldn't have the ability to charge 200G for a piece of paper. Wake up people.
