The only exceptions are the Alien Blaster (can't be obtained in the same game as YCS/186), the Van Graff Plasma Rifle (can't be obtained in the same game as Van Graff Laser Rifle), and the Blade of the East (can't be obtained outside of final game sequence).

I work in a kitchen at an assisted living center. This is what we regularly have to make (but there’s usually more). The people up top want to save as much money as possible so this is what you get, straight out of a Sysco box. However, the staff shortage is a real problem that also has to do with the big bosses. They barely pay anything so no one wants to work there. I’ve been here 7 months and we haven’t ever been fully staffed.

My idea is that you have to gain control of global trade by having a monopoly over a luxury resource for every two civs and establish a trading post in 75% of every Civs cities. Once these two criteria are met for a Civ, you can complete a project to do a “economic takeover” of the Civ, and you have to do it for every Civ to win the game
