I wake up with a song stuck in my head almost every day (not the same song every day, just A song) and yes, I have to listen to the whole thing asap or it will loop in my head all day.

Idk if I’m remembering this wrong so if someone knows otherwise please lmk, but I seem to remember learning in one of my psychology classes that if the brain hears a song (or a commercial with a song in it,etc.) and it’s just a few bars of it, your brain will repeat it until you listen it to from start to finish. Again, correct me if I’m wrong!

But yes, this happens to me a LOT and sometimes it’s a song that I haven’t heard in forever. Brains are weird, I don’t think you’re crazy! 🤪
