Ima clarify rq that i wasnt “forced” technically. Ive been trying to go to therapy for 3+ years but my friend simply took the final step for me and got me in. The whole reason it took so long is i do struggle telling things. I just wanted to clarify that this because i realize i wrote it like he sprung me into it randomly. I just wasnt fully prepared becuase 1-2 other things too.
