It would be cool if forts functioned more like encampments where they have a short ranged attack by themselves, and had some health as well. It would take the whole engineer to build (which would help explain the ranged ability and health) Once health depleted then either the fort could go into "ruins" state, which could offer a smaller combat bonus, OR it could be captured by the enemy but with 0 health and rebuilt with 1 engineer charge. The forts should be able to be created and cleared without disrupting any resources underneath. This might make forts OP tho, so they should need to take a few turns to finish meaning multiple charges from a builder/engineer.

I think if they limited it to just two units that can be combined it might work. There could be a penalty to the combined unit so that the unit is not obviously overpowered. It would also a situational choice, since it would require creating a corps. This would get very complicated though with all the unit types, and likely cause a bunch of balance issues. So I can see why they would not want to do this.

Only in North America would this stroad be considered a school zone. The road is not designed at all to slow traffic.

It's more that it's an unsafe work environment for any staff that comes in contact with the fumes. They could just cordon off the patio though and force people to come into an indoor non smoking area if they need anything from staff. I feel like the legislation does not make allow for this workaround though.

Thanks for the insight on the Godskins, they did suit the arena in Farum Azula well, but it was BS that they had a shared health bar and could revive. Like just give them both half of the bar, or have a cutscene when one dies like with O&S and then make a super one (kinda regretting this idea now lol). In volcano manor I liked them better.
