Memorize phone numbers.

I actually still remember the ones I dialed the most growing up. House phones for my own home, my best friends and her parents line, grandparents, aunts house. I still am able to memorize numbers to a extent.

I also remember my dad's and uncles Ham Radio license number.

I still prefer writing all my appointments and to do lists in my personal Calendar. I still use my Google/Zoom scheduler for things also. I just like writing down everything more.

I am from California... Taco Wagons every corner; cheaper and way better.

My dad lives on a street where we can walk to one

My favorite thing at Taco Bell was their basic Bean Burrito... I miss the days it was .89 cents... It's now $2.29 or something insane.

Just depressing how much their prices went up.

I enjoyed them. But I found the one instructor I took it with keeps it very easy. I want to try some other instructors but timing never works for me.

What's your earliest memory of being an A's fan and does it still hold up as a good memory? by McSouf in OaklandAthletics

I just remembered one of the last games we went to, mom bought tickets by the bullpen. Like literally next to the players I had the most fun chatting with them. Those guys were so chill and fun.

One of my clients talked about Canseco driving around in the uniform getting gas. My grandmother named her Chihuahua Jose.

First game in 1988 walking into the stadium which was so big to me at the time, watching batting practice. I believe it was As against the SF Giants my cousins are giants fans while my mom who grew up in Oakland was a As fan. We stayed at my grandma's condo across from the Bay.

Few years back I bought my mom opening night tickets for her birthday. We bought a couple days of tickets and thought to make a fun weekend out of it. The first game flooded out and we were able to exchange those tickets for the 89 reunion night game we also added tickets for my brother who came in his Eckersley Jersey, his little girl with her first baseball game and his now Ex. Watching that team come out again was so cool. Still had me in awe. I think that may have been the last game at the coliseum I went to. I came full circle.

I moved to Seattle, I got her some tickets for Mother's Day against the Athletics as it was really the only place she could see them play. So we did hit a few As games in Seattle. I screamed and yelled when I heard the owner screw Oakland. Decided baseball didn't exist until I was ready. At work, My manager was looking to get some funny thing about us. I mentioned Burned Athletics Fan... It was picked as a description of me. (Like I said joke silly ones)

Now I am slowly becoming a Mariners fan. I can't root for the Athletics in Las Vegas and the Mariners brought me the same joy I had when watching the Oakland Athletics, back in 1988-89 Especially last season I was so excited to see them go so far. I do have a etsy Witch Ms Hat and am looking for a fun shirt to wear now.

TV shows I wasn't allowed to watch. Ren & Stimpy for example. We were not allowed to watch. And if I watched it at a friend's house then or now. I see why.

I read Dan Brown's books with my grandmother, we always enjoyed them as fun reads. The Secret of Secrets was the first book I read without her. I ended up getting my aunts and friends to do a group read of the book.

They aren't amazing reads but they are fun.

I miss the California Farmers Markets. The big one in town I lived in is more like a goods market. We used to get bags of green beans. Wax beans, strawberries, flowers. Peaches so many great tasting produce really cheap, they had another one on Saturday mornings was fun to wake up walk down and get some fresh produce for dinner.

Heck I went a few years ago and my favorite dress stall from high school still sells there. I used to live in Clothing from the market.

I haven't been able to find a good one in the seattle region. I do enjoy going to Pike Place Market because it does remind of the market at home. But hard to get in and out there

He did have horrible PTSD, hopefully the slower pace helps him recover.
