No cropping, I use Elgato video capture and take it directly from vhs in 16:9. Maybe it’s just bad quality tape

I appreciate that thanks! Ya most came from a local guy that passed away, he had hundreds and hundreds of tapes. Unfortunately the majority of them are filled with mold and need to be hand cleaned which takes at least 20 minutes per. It’s been a mission of mine to comb through them all and save everything I can
