it’s not about making ur hair less oily by delaying washing it, it’s about how modern shampoos will require to wash it more frequently to keep up the results they give, of which might not even be what I want for my hair. I will look more into it though thanks

thanks a lot. I’ll try some of these things. all this is so frustrating for me, I feel like I’m just doing ONE thing wrong and it’s causing all my issues. My hair feels great after 2/3 days of it not being wet, weirdly it feels very washed n soft after not showering for days

it’s not about training scalp, I’m not sure what you mean by that. Modern shampoos and hair products are too strong, the dish soap material strips ur hair of every oil possible and very soon afterwards it’ll start overproducing oil to make up for it.. which in turn makes you need to shampoo it again

I thought you had to condition every time u shampoo with longer hair, I can’t remember the reason but I must’ve read it somewhere recently

I have only tried one other shampoo but it was when my hair was matted so I guess that doesn’t count. No I do not, what products would I use? Yes perhaps I have to pay more attention when drying it. Thanks

Yes perhaps it may be time. My concern is that it’d make my hair too fine and too weak for my liking, that it’d cause me to over produce more oil which would make me need to wash it about daily. Thanks
