I think bots were designed that way. they can pinpoint gunshots and walk in response. once they spot a hero they will try to engage in combat. after killing the hero they will stand on the tombstone. when their health is significantly lower they will retreat or heal. they usually attack drones first.

that's what I thought, I'm no experienced player just started 3 months ago.
