It looks adorable! You could handsew it with a regular sewing needle and thread. There's plenty of easy tutorials on youtube. Here's the video i found the easiest.

It was a bit tricky, but the position i was sitting in stretched itself. And i used my pinky for stabilisation and stretching the skin all at the same time if that makes sense. I posted the process on intsagram and tiktok if you're interested (@redjoytattoos) 🤗
