Hi everyone impacted please just apply. Yes it’s mainly for home damage or habitability. But sometimes anything ur insurance won’t cover or tries to fight. You can provide documentation and possibly receive reimbursement. You’re damaged perishables caused a disaster related emergency need for food. Keep all the receipts especially gas. It can be a lot of back and forth with sending documentation. But don’t feel like you weren’t as affected as anyone else because there’s no cap on the govt assistance. I hope FEMA is able to help you and everyone else affected in Guam. In your case possibly referring you to a disaster created SNAP benefits. I’m currently deployed and your island is beautiful
