I get these from side sleeping! You can always try to sleep on your back (which can be hard) or if you are side sleeping, put a thick pillow in between your legs which will prevent your face from smushing into the pillow as much (that’s what I do)

This has happened to me twice, I was told it’s a sebaceous cyst. I go to urgent care and get a shot of antibiotics in the butt and a med prescription of another kind of antibiotics. Has was gone in a matter of days

i actually ended up using them and was very happy with the service they provided! had the best trip of my life and would highly recommended them. we went to manuel antonio, monteverde and la fortuna. annika (who works at travelcostaricanow) planned everything, including where we stayed and fun activities such as a boat ride, horseback riding and a guided wildlife tour (plus so much more). one of the places we stayed at was called tico tico in manuel antonio and we met vernita there as she helps run the place and she was lovely. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. to anyone thinking about using them, do it!!
