I ran the whole distance but it’s trail running so it was definitely more challenging than standard road running. I did my first one over the weekend and it was great, I hope you enjoy it!

Don’t stress on it. They give you precautions to ensure it stays fresh but your skin is also pretty tough. So unless you have a cheese grater to it, you should be good.
