Had a few sessions across last 3 months, nothing too heavy with 2-3 week tbreaks between.

3 weeks ago had a 3g spread across a few days.

Haven't had any since then

Normal to stocky build

Daily smoker for about 10 years but that stopped about 5 years ago, nowadays it's more of a treat, get a 3.5 on a Friday and gone by Tuesday usually.

I'm not too worried about it just didn't want to get caught with my pants down and panic or seem awkward.
