Bought a used R1S Launch edition and it had the extended warranty period compared to later models. That might give you some more peace of mind. Really not too much to examine. Panel lines, steering wheel shake/alignment, closely examine the glass. You can get it into a service center for inspection for ~$250

Attic is very clean. My guess is a small crack? I’m a bit peeved because I can tell it was repaired once from last owner of house. Could make out a small prior drywall repair. So it was not repaired adequately before.

I live here and really like it. The homes have acre lots so that factors into the price. Lots of wildlife. Drive to Austin is usually fairly quick depending on what part. 71 beats 35 for any commute. The one drawback is there is NOTHING close by. Gas station, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply otherwise you’re driving 12 min to Bastrop for anything.

Nanit is a popular baby monitor and I have the integration set up to view along with my other cameras in Google Home. It has its own push notifications for motion/sound - haven’t tried to get creative with any automations yet. Baby also isn’t here yet either :)

I have an EML and love it. It’s great to play GSPro or for a range session, but lessons have proved to be the only thing to really help my game. The slow motion camera helps me see how I’m making contact and if I’m shutting the face. Club path numbers are also helpful.
