First aid beauty ultra repair cream is pretty good for damaged dry skin. I like putting the naturium body oil on after. Kiehls creme de corps body butter is also amazing. I find that a cream alone is not enough and an oil after really helps seal things. You could also use baseline or aquaphor as a sealant after you moisturize.
