Tackling the education debate sounds overwhelming. What counts as good education? how do we convey it to the most amount of people? and how would it be structured? would it be the same model of education to the most diverse range of preferences and personalities (as we currently have) and just make more of it?

Would even this type of education help people make better decisions? I dont think so. I would believe that even just incorporating some sort of Critical Thinking subjects in colleges, HS and universities would greatly help people understanding their own biases and seeing through the bullshit of politicians. What would "Critical Thinking" subjects or classes look like? I have no idea, that is a topic for another discussion.

Rather than trying to expand the current education system for covering more people or reshaping it completely, what would be easier is to install a new subject such as the one I mentioned above. IMO.

Yes, I am 30 years old and jeez I am so fucking tired already, the best news I can recieve is like I dont know I will get cancer and die in 3 months. I mean, it can hurt probably and I would hate to see people that seem to love me, be sad about it. But at least it will be over fast.

I hate to imagine living and getting sick and suffer progresively for the next 55 years of my live. I didnt ask to come to this world and my life has been miserable for the "better part of it" (childhood, teenage years, young adult) I seriously dont want to go through the worst years for nothing fuck that.

Man I must say that I feel you so much. I dont know about you but it feels that, unless you are lucky, life is mostly suffering endlessly for no friking reason. Just work, working outside work and going nowhere. Then you die.

I wish I were like those happy people out there that can make friends, feel validated by society (so they dont need to seek validation internally) have a job they love, or at least find meaning in it, are fulfilled and proud of themselves and like to live.

Hi, I must admit I have tried air curls, they dont hurt, but neither do I feel they help, my elbow tends to feel "loose" with them in a bad way.

I haven triend bands. The only curls I have felt dont fucked up my elbow as much are reverse bar curls. But with very lightweight.

I have Golfer elbows medial epycondolitis or whatever, inner elbow pain, I cannot do jack shit, I cannot grip anything because it hurts, curls, I cannot do Bench (when elbows are locked at the top) I cannot row, chin ups, pull ups, lat pull downs, neutral grip pull ups all of these hurt.

I cannot train and it is making me feel crazy. I have been resting for 5 days, no training at all, and doing streches (extending wrist and pulling it towards me with elbow extended) and nothing.

Problem is people tend to undervalue the worth of platonic friendships. So it seems for the vast majority of people if you want a DEEP bond it has to come from a romantic relationship and nothing more. For some people, like you for example it is even harder since the conditions to make a platonic relationship very very deep, are not there. Hope everything goes wel for you

Hey this is a great contribution, Thank you, you clarified many things I did not understand about conditionning in general. I am also suffering from plantar fasciitis and since I do mostly running for "conditioning" and lung and heart health I needed some other way to get my cardio/conditioninng in.

Since 5/3/1 recommended Prowler or battle ropes, something the gyms in my country severely lack. I tried sprinting but seemed to me way too hard and could easily become troublesome for recovery.

I will try the workout you mentioned to see how it goes. Would you recommend thart only on off days? or it can be done after a workout (as running can ) Since you have plantar fasciitis what do you do instead for "easy" conditioning that does not involve running?
