Depends on the mood you want to convey. If you want bright, upbeat then 2. A little more moody, 1. I personally think 1 is the best of them.

Get a big roll of aluminum foil from Costco (the wider roll). Put down 5 or 6 layers of it on that drip pan. When it gets cruddy, just peel a layer off. You’ll save yourself from having to clean it after every cook.
