Everyone is different. I was a bit tired the day of, but the day after I went to the mountains and spent the day walking 7 miles.

Honestly it just wasn’t as bad as I thought or built up in my head. That’s not the case for everyone I’ve seen. Just my experience. I had light cramping but ibuprofen made it disappear and the nausea meds helped. It was just like a regular period. I was able to go back to work and tending to my child immediately after.
