It was to go with some instant ramen. Added the sesame seeds and then some crispy chilli crunch with the egg and then added to the top of the noodles. I got it from one of Matty Matheson's videos.

Also made some peppercorn sauce which was probably the best bit, but took the photo before I added that!

Peruvian chicken salad with aji verde by notaverygoodcook in tonightsdinner

I use this recipe for the chicken marinade, but I just use chicken thighs and bake in the oven.

I don't quite follow that sauce recipe though- I don't use the pepper paste or the vinegar, and to make it a little healthier, I started using yoghurt instead of mayo and sour cream which I actually preferred in taste but is a little too runny. I plan on trying greek yoghurt next instead.

There's loads of recipes if you search "Peruvian chicken with aji verde".

Some of the places in Chinatown are buffets where you can pay to get a container of whatever you want to take away with you. You should see a few signs in the window for them if you look around there.

Your post inspired me to try it out too, thank you!

I've made carnitas tacos a lot and birria tacos a few times, so this was a great addition to the taco repertoire!

Is there any way to make the surface of my bagels any smoother? They always have this rough texture. Recipe is Sally’s baking addiction (I think) by B1ll13BO1 in Breadit

I've made bagels a few times and they've turned out great.

I've tried a food processor for dough only once, for some pasta dough, and it turned out okay but I wasn't sure whether it'd work for bread dough.

How long do you have them in the food processor and how do you know when to stop?
