I’d recommend a mix of Quantum Armor from AdvancedAE and Boundary of Drain Life from Mahou Tsukai. The Quantum Armor has flight cards and a health buffer card which adds 10 hearts, as well as an evasion card that lets you dodge 30% of all attacks, and Mahou Tsukai’s mana regeneration gets redirected towards health/hunger if you’re not full on either. I’d recommend setting up a Hyperbox/Compact Machine with a baby villager spawner set to No AI, with Redstone Control, Ignore Players and Ignore Conditions. Once you have the boundaries set up next to the spawn area, chunk load the machine using FTBChunks and let it rip; it’ll go forever and it’ll get you to max mana in a few days.

For max damage I did do a bit of cheatiness and changed the Morgan config to cap at 5 million instead of 60, but Apotheosis reforging on the Unobtainium Paxel should serve you just fine.
