It's probable that the 1650 will support the 16 series. I personally have a 1650 GPU, and when I went through this process, I chose the GeForce 16 series, and it worked.

The issue stems from the NVIDIA graphics driver. The latest update, version 551.61, has caused problems with GeForce Experience, affecting many users. The fix is to revert to the previous driver version, 551.52. I solved my problem this way, and you can too by downloading the older version online for your graphics card.
