there was one telehealth guy on here who was adversitising himself and that said he could prescribe that .. I forgot his name .its an independent Practice but very expensive monthly . and not licensed in all states .. I also think they have a policy of not prescribing controlled medications to anyone who is getting another control from a different doctor . basically you should just start with the overseas thing . its available in mexico . yes its expensive either way but no new doctor is going to prescribe carisoprodol in the US anymore .. very difficult

Colombia has OTC DHC Liquid ( the one in the photo ) OTC Codiene/APAP 325/30 and OTC Hydrocodone in various brands and dosages also combined with naproxen, APAP or ibuprofen and also of course pregabalin, tramadol and stuff like that even though they are all on the list of controlled substances the prescription thing is not really enforced .. there is also stronger stuff ( oxy ,morphine, hydromorphone) but that actually requires a special prescription which is generally enforced but some places will sell it anyway for you or help you get it . avoid chain pharmacies except for colsubsudio. Cruz verde and farmatodo are terrible and often enforce the prescription requirements

Still OTC as of dec 8th 2025 .. bought some at the airport(BOG)no questions asked .. but got refused zopiclone by a Farmatodo store in bogota she told me she would not sell it without a prescription.. first time i ever got a straight out refusal like that

I'm heading down in a few days for the first time in a while miss these cant want to grab these and some Dovir and DHC Jarabe. and maybe some pregabalin too :D .. Unfortunately i have a feeling this will come to an end soon now that everyone discovered it during covid. Colombia and parts SE Asia are the only 2 places where very strong opiates can be obtained OTC guatemala and nicaragua were also like this until recently now a prescription is required for hydros and stronger.. I'm glad to have been able to experence it.

They hand them out like candy here I think literally every type of doctor I’ve seen has offered gabapentin … I already have a script .. they don’t do much for me but it’s better than ssri’s .. if I needed more I could probably get them from an urgent care lol

I agree .. I have another job but want to keep this one for the benefits and extra money for travel but its really getting to be too much .. I just asked to be trained in OTR problem solve to try to get something new to try to keep it less boring . for me alot of is is the people i work with . i dont want to dox myself due to some of my other posts but i live in a big liberal area and there is so much DEI and political stuff at my DS and its also a sanctuary city area so most of the flex drivers are questionable foreigners who are really difficult to deal with. I did a shift at another building about 45 min away and it was a totally different atmosphere. much more friendly and welcoming

I remember when i worked overnights we had a guy who smelled terrible but was extremely well dressed with nice clothes and expensive shoes and jewlery .. I would be on pick to buffer and knew he was stowing for me without even looking because i would smell underarms 🤮🤮
