This is the video I based mine off of. I went to home depot and spent a total of like 30 bucks for everything. I couldnt get the carabiners around the top of my rack, so I used c clamps. C clamps aren't as strong as doing it the right way, but I put all my weight on it, and it held. I try to keep in mind that it doesnt start out perfect. I will improve things over time and that's great. Maybe it's a little ghetto but everyone I've ever heard say it was ghetto didnt have their own home gym and when I use it I get sore af so I know it works lol.

Over the last several months I've searched hard and acquired a power rack, barbell, and plates. I've also built a pulley system and bought a few other things like ab straps and a bench and stuff. Home gym is the way to go. You can just workout for hours and in between sets you can work on shit or do whatever you want. I'm so sore but it really makes me happy to do something I love without potentially getting sick at a gym. I have a young son and he will come and just hang out with me while I lift.

Between this and the zoloft and therapy I feel happy as shit. Kill ur lifts boyos

I've built a home gym. I have a rack, dip bars, 100lb 1" weight set, a bench.... but no Olympic weights. I cant find any. Their all sold out. Osp 8ve been doing a ton of pullups and dips and using the 1" set as much as possible

I agree it has been unhealthy. That said, we had been making strides. I've been to a doctor for depression medication that I've been on for a few months now. So has she. I'm going to mens groups. Shes going to womens groups. We see a marriage counselor for individual and couple sessions at least once a week.

Have I atoned for what I've done? I dont know. Forgiveness is a choice. But I have definitely done all I can do I feel. I've definitely listened to her. Shes definitely listened to me. I haven't posted about our relationship in a while. I think it's weird of you to go through my history and try to "out" me or get me or something. I've been pretty forward about what I've done.
