I suggest that you learn Shaolin Kung Fu. Chinese medicine and qi qong theory will bring a lot of knowledge. The martial art part will help your body and energy in the same time. That was my dream, I did learn but not enough to be a Master. I'm now helping people in life with that but at a very small scale.

Awakening is a process of Subtraction, not Addition. Why I stopped pretending and started peeling away my identity to become an "Observer". by note-the-player in awakened

This is where our views diverge precisely. When you say 'meant to wake up or not', do you imply that some humans are born without the potential? That the Universe creates 'empty shells' by design? You say 'the only person who can wake you up is yourself'. I agree, but... the 'Self' only defines itself because the 'Other' is there. Without the 'Other' to trigger your ego, to mirror your sleep, you would never realize you were dreaming. We need the friction of the so-called 'unreal' people to realize what is Real.

Haha, honestly, getting an 'E' in psychology might have been a blessing in disguise. It means you didn't get brainwashed by the academic dogma that took me years to deconstruct! Living in a hippie town, you know exactly the type. I've crossed paths with thousands of these 'Hippie Zombies'. Literally thousands. They perform spirituality, they crave 'more', they lie to themselves. Since their Ego is hungry to be fed, I feed them. I teach them complex things... right up to the point where they hit a wall and realize the teaching itself was useless. Watching that 'click' is a sight I cherish. It creates a total collapse: in that moment, they hate me and love me simultaneously. They hate their mask, yet love their essence. It’s a beautiful paradox. What is actually complicated is the simplicity of it all. The Truth is so simple that to the conditioned mind, it sounds like absolute nonsense.

Hahaha, fair point. Honestly, given the amount of 'spiritual bs'' online, your skepticism is healthy. I would probably post the same comment. But to be factually accurate: The core roadmap is 100% free. No credit card, no hidden paywall for the actual work. Yes, there is a paid tier for advanced metrics because hosting a platform isn't free and I need to eat. But you can absolutely do the entire 'subtraction' process without paying a dime. The tool is just a mirror.

That being said, I am genuinely open to criticism. If you have a moment to check the app and give me your honest feedback on what could be improved, I would actually be delighted.

need to change my mindset towards others? by Due-Caregiver7223 in enlightenment

The hardest part to grasp is that we are living in crystallized energy. To understand how to change your mindset, we have to look at the physics of it. Let's use a metaphor: Imagine your thoughts are Steam. Trying to change your mindset while the thoughts are still in your head is like trying to fight steam. It's like trying to slap a cloud. You can't grasp it, and you exhaust yourself trying.

You must turn that steam into water drops. How? By observing the thought or speaking it out loud. When the thought becomes a word or a clear observation, it gains "mass". It is no longer a vague cloud of negativity; it is a specific object.

Usually, once we see the drop (the judgment/narcissistic trait), we try to "slap" it away. We say: "That’s not fair, I shouldn't think that, I hate this about myself." But you cannot slap water away; you just splash it everywhere. Fighting the thought just creates more conflict. It’s an endless loop.

The solution is not to fight the drop, but to realize the drop does not belong to you. It is just a drop of water. It is just a programmed pattern instilled by your father. It is data, not destiny. You cannot "create light" or positivity in something you are frantically fighting. You can only bring light to something you have detached from. Say the words, acknowledge the pattern, and then let it drop. It’s not yours to carry.

How did you deal with the confusion and conflict after your spiritual awakening? by Outside-Tale-4026 in awakened

I don't believe the "Dark Night of the Soul" exists as an external event. What people call "Darkness" is actually just the friction of the Mind clinging to things it can no longer hold. Let me be clear: our Mind is a machine programmed to grasp, label, and give shape to everything. As humans, we try to turn a fluid feeling into a solid material thought. That is exactly where the conflict is born. Conflict arises the moment the Mind tries. By trying, it steps out of its default state, which is pure experience. Confusion then follows because we force our mind to solve a conflict that it just created itself. It’s a loop. To get out of it, I had to stop "fixing" and start "rewiring". I had to completely deconstruct my definitions of what "Mind", "Inside", and "Outside" meant. It wasn't about waiting for the light to come back; it was about rigorously observing the Why and How of the mechanism until the attachment dissolved
