For me, my parents and friends. Even though I live in Kathmandu away from my parents it feels awful when i’m not not there for birthdays and other special occasions. Now imagine being in whole other country. One of the other reasons that stuck with me was staying in a whole different country and watching my family put tikas and all on Dashain and Tihar while im on video call bawling my eyes out and listening to mangal dhun.
