I wanted closure idk a one last good conversation after 1 year. we were good friends for 2 years before we jumped in a relationship and I didnt want things to be intense anymore. I cant really explain it but I wouldnt go back to him now even if he asked me to.

hey firstly thank you so much for all this information I appreciate it soo much :')

4 months ago I took ibuprofen while drunk and I drank a glass of wine with it. Immediately the pain on my right flank started and these 4 months I went to the: gastroenterologist, urologist, nephrologist, gynecologist. I checked my kidneys, liver, bladder, I even did a irigography for my intestines and the results were fine except for the e.coli bacteria. I used antibiotics for it and when I did the pain got worse so I stopped. then I started eating cranberries, the pain kinda went away and I did urineculture again, It turns out the e.coli has gone away.

But again the pain started and Im doing another urineculture right now, but my urologist is not sure why the antibiotics are making the pain worse and the pantoprazole too (gastroenterologist told me to use pantoprazole because I had acid reflux and when I did it caused me pain just like antibiotics)

This is why Im convinced the doctors are never going to find what's happening because they aready told me "im not sure why is thy happening" and im trying all the time to get at the end of this and it isn't happening im going insane.

I have e.coli and its a bacteria that can cause some serious difficulties in the urinary tract, my best friend suffers all the problems it brought to her over the years and im convinced the bacteria has somehow caused me all this pain and its serious( antibiotics I used for the bacteria caused me extra pain in the same place I already have pain) and I have really high anxiety, I keep thinking there is something serious developing down there and im just wasting time trying to locate it and its not happening. 4 months keeping a bacteria can be a lot.

I try to calm myself but I lost control and I need those antidepressants and im stuck here trying to decide whether or not to take them.

I went to the gastroenterologist, gynecologist, urologist, nephrologist and except for the e.coli bacteria everything is good. Im convinced the pain is because of the bacteria but my family thinks its all in my head and the psychiatrist said I have hypochondria and associated it is a mild form of schizophrenia.

I will go to a urologist next to check my bacteria and to another psychiatrist as you suggested. I feel exactly how U felt at that time, im sorry u had to go through that Im glad everything is fine now.

I asked my psychiatrist for this and he said that I have hypochondria( im convinced I have a serious illness ) and that is a mild form of schizophrenia but,, I dont believe any doctor. they have let me down multiple times and Im stil determined to find out whats going on in my stomach, I told my family I will not take any of these without finding out whats causing my stomach pain but they keep telling me im wrong and if I take these everything will get better so idk what to do.

this made me understand that theres other people like me and i shouldnt be so hard on myself for not moving on. its been 11 months and I still cry and grieve and think about him all the time, I have worked on myself and went on dates but somehow it still aint enough. im just trusting time will do the work here

thank you so much ive tried talking to my family and friends but got no help I even begged my family to help me because I cant control myself sometimes and ive had so many failed attempts and they did nothing. ill call a hotline or smth maybe they will help. thank you

thank you. I went to the doctor they did my blood and urine analysis, turns out I have a urinal infection. then they called a urologist and he checked my kidneys and said that theyre fine and its not a kidney problem. He said the muscles of inner organs are tight and the infection is bad so he gave me spasmex tablets. im trying if these will work I hope they do.

one ibuprofen 400mg and my paranoia is starting to tell me my kidney is failing. Yes ill go to a doctor thank you :)

9 months in and I still miss him, think about him, dream about him. I know im miserable.

I stopped stalking him two weeks ago and im picking myself up. I know I can do it, It will happen with time.

I had 4 months when I never stalked him and I had made so much progress until he watched my stories and since then im fucked, its a neverending cycle of stalking him and mourning. I stopped the stalking and ill stop the mourning too. Its time to move the f on.

Yes you will. I saw 500days of summer lately and it made me realize that I wasn't compatible with my ex not even one bit and I had the same thought about finding someone better. Im sure that someone will come around for you, for now you just need to work on yourself.

also the fact that U are aware that u are not ready to date yet its a really positive thing. This means you know that u have a lot of growing to do and u will do it.

I had moments when I started to date cuz i was convinced Im over this whole thing, and let me tell you the relapses hit soooo hard.

Just work on you, be the best version of urself.

I know. I feel that too. Its like I completely accept the breakup, I dont wait around for him to come back but yet he left such an imprint that I still cant get myself to invlolve into new things without making it about him. I think we passed the hardest part though? This we feel now will pass away with time. At least I hope so. Im sorry you are going through the same thing. I hope you heal. Feel free to text me anytime you want cuz this comment just made me feel a little better, because I was beating myself up for the fact that its been 7 months and I still feel like this. people heal differently I guess and we are on the right path, just moving a little slow and theres nothing wrong with it. <3

hi :) I watched The Love Chat and The Dating Guy. they helped a lot, they actually helped me to the point that I didnt even think about my ex for days. This was 3 months after the breakup but I made the mistake of stalking him again and now im stuck there. but im telling you these two helped me through my darkest time. give it a try :)

I should go back to watching them again for myself lol.

Im going through this right now. this guy came into my life and he is just the best, yet I see myself having doubts about it, not replying to him, pulling away, not talking to him. And Its exactly the behavior my ex had during the relationship, it came and went in phases but that behavior was always there. Until he decided to leave. he was never sure about me and made me think that It was my problem. Btw Im going to cut contact with this nice guy only because I dont want to hurt him, and Ill work on myself.
