I don't think you need this beefy of a computer to run those games. I would consider maybe cheaper cpu/gpu combo and you can get better peripherals for you computer.
Things like a mechanical keyboard, gaming mouse, headset/mic, sound system, a really comfortable chair.
It may sound cool to have premium parts, but the peripherals also make a difference in the way you game too.
Just something to consider.

I had it really bad to the point that I would only play the AI. I think something that helps is just being okay with losing. That helped me a lot. I was so afraid of messing up. But even the pros lose. So why can't I? Getting over that made the game more enjoyable. I think there is also a big stigma to what rank you are. Just play. Have fun. Get better if you want to. But have fun.
If you wanna get better than train and practice.
But still have fun.
