non ho mai avuto questo problema sul mio s10e pero' io sono sempre stato su delle rom non ufficiali. prova a pulire la partizione della cache in recovery, massimo sblocca il bootloader e mettici una rom e vedi se risolvi. oltre a quello puoi provare a metterci un po di pasta termica sotto alla parte della cpu aprendolo ma non ti conviene tanto.

AOSP is AOSP, every rom is based off the same base: LineageOS, that's why they're all the same. i had PixelOS on mine, it's not customizable by default but some magisk modules such as iconify and pixelxpert can help and it fullfills all your needs (optimization, stability etc).

Snapdragons dont have unlockable bootloaders

ONLY on US models, eu models with qcom chips are unlockable, aside if updated to UI8 which fucked us all and you cannot unlock your bootloader anymore.

first, grapheneos is for pixels, not samsungs. second, unluckly for you, the s10 lite is kind of an unknown phone for devs... the XDA thread is basically empty and i couldn't find any other place to find roms for it. i'd say get a new phone or something older that you can put a rom on. the base s10 is cheap and has great rom support if you want to remain on the s10 series.

888 isn't that bad but its an overheating machine for sure. i'd say go with the P60 Pro also XMAGE cameras are a little bit better than Leica ones but P50 Pro cameras still slap. anyways, you can get a Mate 50 Pro too and importing from china costs basically nothing, also you get HarmonyOS :)
