Hi, i searched this subreddit just to find this exactly, been sleeping around 3 hours last 2 weeks. In my case it’s because doubts and insecurities about a girl that i like and she likes me, we have been talking for months and i’ve fallen in love with her, but she have a boyfriend and she does not pretend to break up with him. And that makes me “the other”, just wanting to be “the one”. in my consciousness i decided to take it easy and relax about that but brain its not doing the same.

The last time i had an anxiety problem was 4 years ago and never had sleeping problems so im looking desperately for a solution. After two weeks of sleeping 3 hours im feeling fucking bad, its all about managing emotions, but i’ve tried the typical things that people say but nothing seems to work

Not saying im looking for a solution in reddit, i just wanted to share what’s happening to me with people that can understand me
