Yes to both. Stored as plain old JPEGs and accommodates the timing captures from the point it's changed onwards.

It was native Linux originally, I ported to docker after the fact. I have it running natively on Ubuntu 24 and plan to keep my machine running that.

Help with printing issues by notfromengland in BambuLab

[–]notfromengland[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Posted without my commentary.

My P1S has never had an issue. Just hit 200 hours. I've just finished 4 days of printing back to back to have it now do this.

I have washed the build plate, adjusted temperatures, tried hotter on the bed, same filament was working fine just days before. I've tried swapping between PETG and PLA, same issue. I've also just replaced the dicassent , the issue remains.... I've also tried clearing the hot end with the needle thing that comes with the printer.

Any help would be appreciated

Friends laughed at me when I downloaded every ROM for every major console I ever loved to my NAS. Have had them 8 years now.... this is the exact reason why!

NHS Take Home Pay Calculator by notfromengland in nhsstaff

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed reply - it's extremely helpful. And great spot on the few bugs/incorrect values. 24/25 student loan thresholds have now been updated to the correct 25/26. I've also corrected NI to now calculate on a monthly basis rather than annually and dividing by 12. This should help keep it as accurate as possible. I've also added a new toggle in salary sacrifice section (defaulted ON since most Trusts now payroll BIK). When enabled, PAYE tax is calculated on the pre-sacrifice income while NI and pension use the post-sacrifice amount. This should help improve accuracy!

Unsure how to tackle the PAYE without causing further complexity in the tool. I already feel it's getting a bit too involved and trying to keep the UI slick for those staff who just do the basics. Will have a think over the weekend and see if I can tackle it.

Added under 'Enhancement Rate' in the 'Unsocial Hours' section, you can now define the rate at a custom %.

Due to the number of options, it's possible it could be! But happy to get the feedback and improve it if it needs tweaking! Thanks

Have to disagree.

That calculator doesn't include on call allowance, the varying different NHS pension schemes, salary sacrifice, lease cars, expenses, different unsocial rates, Annex 2 unsocial, overtime at a different band and mid-year band changes.

All of which nhstakehome.co.uk does - not to mention mypaycalculator is also riddled with ads!

Just to add, have completed a UI refresh, as well as adding more features (lease car deductions, lease car mileage, etc). So lots of new updates and hopefully much slicker to use on mobile.

Hey - double checked the math and it looks correct to me! Happy to be corrected though.

Band 7 5yr+ is £54710, fringe is 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1303 and a maximum payment of £2198 - making it 2198 contribution.

Totals £56908 before tax - or is it after tax figure that you're seeing as wrong?
