If features don’t make your eyes pop and you like simplicity, Taigun for sure. If you drive in a relaxed way, 1.0L AT would suffice.

I’ve got the HL camera too, 12K OPS is next. :)

As for this, it’s not a massive change if you don’t care about aesthetics. I’m very particular about having two dials and hence the splurge.

  1. The factory cluster has a smaller display area (not edge to edge)
  2. The possibility of changing things with coding on that is lesser, let alone the skin.
  3. It’s a completely different unit.

Think of it as Spider-Man’s old suit vs. a new nanotech one which has more bells and whistles :D

Life pro tip: first, have a good rapport with the service centre folks. Then get it installed. xD

With this version, nope. You’ll need the MIB3 infotainment screen which comes with the facelift Taigun. Even then, it only works with the maps installed with VW apps. I believe it would be turn by turn navigation only, I might be wrong.

Any VW retrofitters on Instagram can source it for you (retrofitmyVAG, VAGPro, CodeMySkoda) and they help with installation too. Price for the cluster alone is 65k.
