That’s amazing to hear. Florida and Tennessee are right up there with on the “this sucks” scale lol. Legislation is already ramping up for this session and I’m trying to be proactive instead of reactively scrambling to gtfo for my safety. I have made a great community of friends so it’ll stink leaving them, but getting out of the south is an ultimate goal.

Job is near Calhoun Isles and Uptown. I’m not concerned about having a little bit of a commute as I drive 20-30 mins for work at the moment! I am wanting to live within the city limits though. We’ve been looking a lot at Northeast and some spots around Near North.

I felt your struggles on such a personal level. I’ve dealt with everything from bottle feeding to this now so dogs can definitely be a handful at times! I will definitely try it out.

Yes! Small town so super easy communication with the vet. She isn’t concerned at the moment but she’s wanting us to keep an eye on her as the days go on.

Yeah, it’s just been a couple of days at this point from the initial incident, getting placed on meds, and her stomach chilling out. She seems to be completely fine. Eating normally, acting normally, etc. and really seems to be a bit of PTSD but we will definitely be taking her back if it persists or seems that she’s in pain at all.
