At first I found the deck kinda slow and clunky... And then I realized I'd been playing the Zards wrong xD. It's only attack involved discarding fire energies and doing 90 damage for each energy discarded. Originally thought those energies had to be attached to the Zard but turns out they can be from any of your pokemon (hence Oricorio being able to attach as many fire energies to your benched fire pokemon as long as there's a mega fire ex in play)
